Once you have exhausted all of the dialogue options he has, you will eventually be presented with the option to travel to the Burning Shores. Follow the quest marker to find Sylens at Tilda’s mansion and speak with him.He will ask you to meet him at Tilda’s mansion as part of the quest ‘To the Burning Shores’.

Shortly after loading into the game, you’ll be contacted by Sylens, the mysterious character who you interact with through Horizon Forbidden West.

Load up the game, and you’ll be greeted with a splash screen that indicated the DLC has been installed. Once you have a save file in which you’ve completed the main story of Horizon Forbidden West, then you’re ready to start the Burning Shores DLC.
